Crump family.
One of my best flaws, in my opinion, is that I don’t remember meeting people. Not that I don’t remember them in general, but first impressions? Usually none. Maybe I’m just not that impressionable? I’m not sure, but if you happened to have made a gigantic fool of yourself the first time I saw you, rest assured I don’t remember.
These boys, though? I remember meeting them. It’s vague, as my memory is quite faulty, but I remember. And I love them. We scheduled this shoot shortly after their dad, Tony was diagnosed with cancer. Would you join me in praying for their family?

This may be one of my favorite family portraits to date: perfectly backlit, a little sunflare, and they are truly enjoying one another’s company. It’s always such an honor when a family extends me this kind of trust and freedom. It always shows in the resulting photographs. Thanks, guys, for trusting me to capture your family!
