Just a few photos to share the story of Dave & Jess’s wedding day. I try to walk the line between being a good photojournalist (which to me is about telling the truth, being a good observer, and not disrupting the scene) and producing beautiful wedding art (which involves curating the scene, choreographing people, and doing whatever it takes for the couple to enjoy their day). Let’s call it Story Art. So here’s to these two and their story. To anticipation. To joy. To family, old and new. To dancing grandmas, and to life together. Hallelujah.
